Enviro Tip – Reuse your post bags and boxes!

One small thing we do for the planet is to always reuse our post packs and boxes. If you are careful when you open them, they are fine for several uses. Sometimes I even write on them, ‘reuse me!’. It’s much cheaper than buying a new bag or box every time you need to post something as well. Really good wholegrain gluten-free bread!

My daughter and I went wheat free several months ago and I have been searching for the perfect gluten-free, whole grain bread recipe. The gluten-free bread from the supermarket is not only ridiculously expensive, it is loaded with additives and mostly white with no wholegrainy goodness - not something we want to be eating! I may or may not have burnt the bejesus out of one of my good stainless steel Scanpan saucepans while I was chatting on Facebook one day. It got scrubbed.
