Easter doesn’t have to be difficult for those of us who want to be healthy or have allergies.
It just takes a little bit of hunting around! I have a round-up of the best healthier Easter alternatives from some fabulous online stores.
Celebrate Easter with Banjo The Carob Bunny, a delicious carob Easter egg made with Australian grown carob and real cocoa butter. Only the purest natural ingredients are added to blend a mild, naturally sweet smooth carob Easter egg. 100% palm oil free, gluten free, preservative free & caffeine free.
Biome also has vegan dairy free eggs and chocolates to help those with allergies celebrate Easter.
♥ Gingerbread Folk.
Bunny cookies. The cookies are individually packaged in compostable wrappers. These are ideal to send to school instead of chocolate, to use in an Easter egg hunt or decorate place settings at Easter lunch. The bunnies are a chocolate gingerbread flavour and are all natural, no colours, flavours or preservatives and totally egg-free! Get them in a box of 12 or get 18 cookies in the special Easter cookie gift tin.
Choc Gingerbread House. Fun! Included are 6 prebaked chocolate gingerbread house parts, chimney, foil baseboard, royal-icing mix, piping bag and instructions. All natural and completely egg-free!
Sonya, the allergy expert from Allergysave has done it again and created a fabulous e-book filled with Easter recipes.
♥ Organics on a Budget.
Jane always has a great range of healthier organic chocolates. It’s an economical option for Easter to get blocks of chocolate! I have already put my order in for a few of these yummy bars.
Alter Eco is an organic and fair trade chocolate in a few different flavours – the dark quinoa is my favourite! Loving Earth raw chocolate is organic and made with coconut nectar – the mylk flavour is amazing. Organic Times have a great range of certified organic, fair trade chocolates – try stopping at one chocolate coated macadamia! The Rawganic range is made from the highest quality raw, certified organic ingredients – it’s all dairy free and gluten free. Love the hibiscus and lucama flavour, but I know someone who would love the chilli! Cocolo is fair trade and organic as well as gluten and dairy free. If you can’t have cocoa, then The Carob Kitchen has some options for you too. Find them here.
