All the kids held some in their hand and watched it melt, then rubbed it in. She even told the class that I use it to fry pancakes!

It’s something I think about alot and have been doing the same as you did. Reading everything I can get my hands on about natural parenting and hoping to find the “magic” formula on how to raise a compassionate, kind child. You worded it perfectly, as long as you parent from a place of love everything else will fall into place. Thank you! xx

My Favourite is “resentment is like a bag of potatoes”, so many inspiring messages and a reminder to not only live a natural, healthy and happy life through what you put into your bodies, and the environment you live in, but also to purify your thoughts and let go of past negativity so your whole existence can be more synergistic with this way of living…

Each night i ask my self- “was i good enough?” and “did i do something today to make thier lives great?”

You want me to list one fav blog? It is so hard to do because it depends on what I need at a particular time. For example, the laundry products one was very timely as I had some oil stains that I just couldn’t get out.

The kids party ideas was fantastic and just in time for my child’s birthday. So that was the fav then. I actually made the healthy chocky crackles for my daughter to take to school.

The natural chest rub again so timely as the place I had been purchasing from closed.

The one on the healthy chocolate milk has brought about life changing actions.

I have been looking at the way to beat colds and flu today since my daughter came home saying her throat hurt. However, I was also moved by the potatoes one and am planning on making the healthy balls in the next week or so.

So really, I can’t answer your question. I love so many of them. Thank you for doing what you do and congratulations on 10,000 likes.

But 2 really come to mind at the moment. ‘Bringing sexy back in the bedroom’ which came at a timely time of having an operation and I was feeling very unsexy in my relationship with my husband (which to be honest was all in my mind). The other one was the resent blog about ‘holding onto resentments and past pain’ the sack of potatoes. This was a wonderful representation of putting issues into reality. I LOVE getting my emailed blogs from you and the fabulous recipes too. Wow, how do I choose one blog when you have inspired so many 10 000 facebook fans is simply fantastic! I must say though your blog on using eucalyptus for cleaning and adding to a load of washing as I know only use as a cleaning product around the home and have discovered it is a great stain remover on clothing if you add a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid! Thankyou for allowing us as followers to gain more knowledge on Australian companies that are on the same path! Well Done…..

Love all your blogs but the one that stood out the most for me was the one you recently posted about Paw Paw ointment and the petrochemical used in most of our skin care ranged. I’m 8mth pregnant and checked my body butter I used for my belly and was shocked that the 2nd ingredient on the list is mineral oil. I realized why my skin always felt “suffocated”. It prompted me to go on Shopping Naturally and I ended up getting a whole lot of goodies! My skin is so much happier! Thx

I love all your posts, but especially the EFT one, thanks to it I’ve found EFT so helpful with my health problems (CFS), headaches, stress, everything! It’s just amazing!

I’d also have to say that this post is one of the best, not just because people can win prizes, but because it’s made me (and many others) aware of a lot of other blogs and websites out there that we can now visit and shop and learn through. Thank you for that! xo

So the idea of finding an alternative to panadol is excellent! I’ll be happy to get it out the house. Now I’ve got all the natural ways to do it I think we’ll be able to rid ourselves 🙂

As mums we SO often put ourselves last, put everyone else first and still find ourselves working 16 hour days, 7 days a week. Is it any wonder we burn out? Sometimes some of us get sick, depression and stress related problems?
This post was to me a breath pf fresh air and a reminder to us all to take time out for ourselves to be the best of ourselves and everybody benefits XX

The natural remedies have been fantastic, although probably my favourite has been the natural chest rub – it’s been a huge help when blocked noses have got in the way of sleep, and I’ve shared it with heaps of friends who have also felt the benefits with their families. Wow love your sight have not seen it before but i have to say the post real food chocolate drinks caught my eye , my kids never got any sugar loaded cereal it was weet-bix or porridge. i think there are to may foods full of sugar and additives available today , i had a fleeting look at the recipe section and will be back to check that out again quite regularly as i love to cook , i like to make morning tea every Wednesday for about 15 people that volunteer in our local community garden, and i try to never make the same thing twice but that is hard when there are a few that love my beer bread,I dont mind and it is a reward for our hard work . looking forward to my first email from you, and i will be sharing this blog with a few of my family and friends.

If I had to choose, my favourite blog post would be the Get Your Sexy Back post https://naturalnewagemum.com/get-your-sexy-back-aka-natural-libido-boosters/ I loved it for so many reasons! Firstly, it was so reassuring to know that many of us are in the same boat when it comes to bedroom antics after motherhood. And secondly you offered so many wonderful solutions, truly something for everyone! Your post was original, authentic and extremely helpful. You really do offer so much help in so many arenas. You take the time to do the research and than you share your knowledge. My Yoga teacher always said that is the sign of a true leader 🙂

I have been reading your blog for a little while, and found your ’12 ways to a stress free Back to School’ to be my favourite. The start of school this year was a huge step for my 11 year son (who has Asperger’s Syndrome) as he re-entered the mainstream education system after three years of home schooling and distance education.
The use of aromatherapy and crystals have really helpful with his anxiety. Thank you.

I have had a very trying 12 month period which had lead me to carrying alot of resentment which has resulted in me becomming ill alot and my doctor wanting me to take stress leave from work.
It was like an apiphanie (not sure on the spelling) when I read this post – it hit home and made sense – something so simple yet so profound and life changing for me.

I have been seeking a healthier lifestyle lately and am really beginning to be conscious about the chemicals and toxins me and my partner are eating and using in beauty products. I am so grateful i stumbled across your page, it is EXACTLY the sort of help/motivation i need for a healthier, more holistic life. I have been enjoying looking at your recipe blogs and can’t wait to start making some of them. I am going to a bulk health foods store this weekend to stock up ingredients. I’m so excited about the changes that are about to happen in my life and think that this prize pack would be the best kick-start! The products look beautiful, well done on your blog too. I think it’s fantastic and hopefully lots of others will be motivated to begin a healthier life like me 🙂 🙂
