10 Healthy Winter Desserts

One of the best things about winter is tucking into a hot, comforting, delicious pudding!

This round up features healthier recipes – refined sugar free, wheat free, additve free and some are gluten free, dairy free and egg free as well. Enjoy them with hot custard, grass fed cream or homemade icecream for a treat that is oh so good for the soul!

Here are 10 healthy winter desserts from some of Australia’s most fabulous wellness bloggers (and me). You are going to want to use the PIN IT feature for these!

YUMMO! There is lots of deliciousness here but I really don’t think you can beat an apple and fig crumble so I’ll take that thanks 🙂

I am very grateful for these delicious winter puddings. I find it very hard to find a good wholesome recipe that does not have dairy or sugar. Lemon Delicious is my favourite but I don’t know what would be a good butter substitute, I have not tried coconut oil. Apple crumble is next but no fruit after midday :-/

Hey Lindy, thank you! Would coconut oil work?

I will give the coconut oil a go. Lemons and coconut go well together. Thank you for the hint.
