Would love to win a copy of Happy Mama as I am a young mum whom since having my second son last year am finding myself hardly leaving the house or making time for myself. I don’t have many friends, even less with kids and so don’t get to talk about my motherhood experiences with anyone that can relate and believe this book would be a great help on changing these newly formed bad habits. 🙂

I would love to win Gluten Free Bliss as I have been researching going GFCF in the hope my sons behavioural problems might lessen, but I am finding it a bit difficult to know where or how to start and this books seems as though it would point me in the right direction. Thanks

I’d like to win a copy of Our Favourite Sweets.

I’m breastfeeding a lactose & gluten intolerance baby and I had to stay away from all desserts that I used to love. Hope I can make some healthy ones myself with these recipes. There aren’t many options here in Malaysia. Thank you.

I would like to win a copy of Trusted Trolley, as I have always been mindful of how many numbers are in products. I would like to see how other mothers go about reducing the harmful additives and preservatives in their family’s food and lifestyle.

I would love a copy of Energetic Mama. Stressed = YES, overwhelmed = YES and moody= YES. Are you frustrated with weight gain = YES, hormonal issues = DEFINITE YES or digestive discomfort = YES. I have had a rough entry into motherhood over the past 17 months and I am trying to get my health back in check, this book would be a fantastic read to help my recovering health.

Thanks so much, what a fantastic list of great resources! I would love to win the Energetic Mama book. Since having my second baby (now 8 months and have a 3 year old) I have struggled with low energy levels, lethargy and getting in to a sugar craving rut! All of which is not me and I am trying to work my way out of it now and get back to looking after myself like I do my kids. I would love some extra positive input to help me get there. Thanks so much.

I’d love to win How to Become One Healthy Mama and gift it to a friend who has just expressed her desire to overhaul her pantry for her 4 kids but is feeling overwhelmed with where to start. I’m so chuffed that my posts on FB have influenced her to do so, and I’d love to help her further!

I would love to win a copy of energetic mama, cause as soon as I read the blog I related to all that was mention. I’ve also had to return to work so I can give my 10 month old daughter a better life and I’m struggling with the speration at the moment. So I would love to read the book so that I can have the knowledge and tools to be the best mummy I can be.
