I would love to create a high protein shake using blueberries, oats, coconut water, honey, whey protein and chia seeds. Wholefood, healthy snacks to nourish the mind & body of my little boys 6 & 3 (oh, and their mummy!)
Kale chips and preserve all my garden’s goodness like herbs and vegies.
Every. Single. Recipe! From The Raw Food Mum’s book Raw Food 4 Kids! This book is amazing, and has convinced me I must have a dehydrator!!
Oh how this prize I’d love to win
As my HM 25 year old dehydrator I’ve just thrown in the bin!
I’d start with the luchboxes with fruit and yoghurt leathers
not forgetting the jerky, meusli bars and mango for icecream in hot weather.

I have researched other dehydrators and I have come to the conclusion that this one is by far the best. I would dehydrate fruit, and make up little fruit bags for when I am out with my kids, I would make all kinds of crackers, I would dry my nuts that I had soaked, I would make beef jerky, and the list goes on and on……I would love it!…and my kids would think I was just great for making them so many interesting and healthy foods…x
I would make Against All Grain’s fruit by the foot
I have wanted an Excalibur for the longest time. I would make jerky for the hubby and fruit leathers for the kids and veggie chips for myself. Awesome giveaway, awesome blog 🙂
I would make lots of delicious snacks for my family that I would feel comfortable giving them as they would be healthy and nutritious and hopefully cease the ‘I’m hungry, what can I eat now’ my my growing son 🙂
I would make flaxseed and onion biscuits in the dehydrator yummy. So need that
Fruit leather! 🙂
I would dry olives, all my fruit as great for hiking and grandkids love it also, healthy bars and so many other things – even dog biscuits! The juicer would also get much use.
I would make all sorts of treats for my children – fruit leathers & activated nuts, beef jerky for hubs & never have to waste excess fruit again & veg. I could make delicious, nutritious dried fruits or just juice, juice, juice away. So much can be done!! 😀
Definitely beef jerky. I so love Beef Jerky but it costs a staggering price retail so it would be wonderful to make my own and also pop some into the school lunch boxes.
I could finally use my oven for something other than activating nuts! 🙂
I’d finally be able to cook something in my oven other than activated nuts that are on constant rotation! 🙂
Oh my! What an awesome prize! I have a very long list of healthy snack food I would make for the whole family to eat as we are often out and about & find healthy treats in between sports very handy to fill hungry bellies and keep energy levels up…especially my sons tennis tournament days. My hubby is a HUGE jerky fan so Im sure he would also create lots of jerky treats. Thanks so much for the chance to win! 🙂
Jerky!
Strawberry roll-ups! I had such a disaster trying to make them in my oven this summer.
My 11 son and I would make beef jerky and with my 6 year old daughter we would make lots if different fruits.
I would make fruit wraps, jerky, dry my own coconut. The list is endless when we have just embarked on our sugar free, thermomix and hoping for a dehydrator journey!!
pretty obvious but i would do dried fruit 🙂
If i were to win the dehydrator, the first thing I’d make is granola and dried fruit for myself and my girls! My 30 year old sunbeam is on its last legs, the excalibur looks amazing!
healthy fruit snacks for the kids and amazing fresh juices, yum!
Veggie chips, kale chips, activated nuts, beef jerky, dried fruit, dried tomatoes, powdered onion and garlic, curry powder. Many green juices for me and the family. Much more once I learn what I could do.
Tomato Conserva … Yum!
I would make dehydrated crackers for my coeliac littlies. They adore crackers but I’m loathe to buy the additive full store bought varieties and it’s just so much work making them without a dehydrator… This Excalibur one would make me one very happy mummy with two very happy kiddlets!
Crackers, sun dried fruits, activate nuts, jerky, Kale chips. Food that is wholesome, made simply with real food and nourishes our bodies to help us thrive. Especially my kids, because I love them far to much not to xxx
I’d activate nuts, dehydrate almond milk pulp and make fruit roll ups for my kiddies. I sooooo want one of these!!
Since I haven’t had a dehydrator before, it would open a whole world of interesting possibilities. I think the first thing I would try is to dehydrate my TMX stock paste into a powder! Then the kids would definitely want me to make dried mango…. they love mango. Thanks!
I would make dehydrated orange slices to be dipped in dark chocolate…and other healthier dried food…I have heard these dehydrators are amazing.
Wow! What an awesome prize!!
I would start with drying fruit & fruit leathers as we’ll as fresh carrot & fruit juices. Then my favourite thing – I would research on google & Pinterest and just love the healthy possibilities!!
Whoever wins will love & be so lucky! Good luck to everyone & thank you for the opportunity.
My kids have discovered roll ups and I would love to make my own roll ups – natural with no nasties! They can them eat to their hearts content!!!!
What wouldn’t I make… So many yummy options! First I’d make some dehydrated liver treats for my gorgeous little doggy. Then I’d be on to my favourite which is dehydrated pineapple and strawberries followed closely by some coconut yoghurt. My list is pretty much endless, this prize is awesome!!
Activated nuts and beetroot chips as a start!
I would make beautiful fresh vegie juices as well as wheatgrass shots.

Dried mango
I love it so much
I can’t get enough
Beef Jerky, have missed it so much since my trust dehydrator packed up on us a few years ago.
Dried yoghurt roll ups, they’re the best 🙂
The Omega Juicer would be amazing – I have always wanted a proper juicer as it’s such an easy way to add extra veggies into your day, especially for kids (and vegetable hating husbands). This would be an amazing prize.
Lunch box health goodies for my young ones delicious raspberry, banana and apple in a rice crispy yogurt bar and an enticing drink of kiwi and strawberry ice chillers sweet and energising with a dehydrater it is limitless
I would make semi sundries tomatoes, kale chips, dried mango, red paw paw, beef jerky, crackers and so much more, but I would start with those.
Also dry nuts yum

I would try to make home made beef jerky, kale chips and dried fruit with no nasties 🙂
So many things that I could make! I’d start with snacks and then start experimenting 🙂
Fruit straps 🙂
It seems we all have tons of great things to make with this great kitchen essential 🙂 I think my first experiment would be jerky and pizza bases 🙂 mmmmm so delicious 😀 Pick me rafflecopter 😉
Dehydrate my favourite fruit…mango! I can then eat it all year round.
I would enjoy making lots of healthy food including fruit roll ups which don’t contain any nasties, healthy fruit & veg smoothies and lots more yummy food. I need to convert my kids into eating less processed foods and encourage them to eat & enjoy wholesome foods. I am definitely up for this task!
I would activate all of my own nuts, make my own almond and coconut flour from the pulp left behind from making milk, and make far too much grain free granola 🙂
I have a mast cell disorder (my body is overloaded with histamine) and as a consequence of that I have a hugely restrictive diet due to food intolerances – one of the little treasures I can enjoy are activated nuts. This is where the Excalibur would be amazingly helpful, I could make a number of healthy snacks that I can tolerate and which my young children can enjoy also 🙂
I don’t think i’d turn it off for the first few months, so many things to make! Activated almonds, all the kids snacks, dried fruit of all kinds, cocoyo! However the juicer would also be amazing, mine is not up to scratch!
I would make delicious meals every single day. From breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and midnight snacks. 🙂
I don’t know where to start! Paleo chips, smoothies, raw treats and home-made alternatives to all those snack foods my kid loves. Would love to show my students how to use these things for all sorts of recipes too 🙂
I would LOVE one of these products to get interesting raw food into mine and my family’s diet!
This would be fantastic as my sons are always asking me to get a dehydrator so that they can make jerky
If I win the Excalibur I will be making some yummy fruit leathers for my kids with NO SUGAR 🙂
I would make banana chips, tomatoes, dried-apple chips and my personal favourite beef jerky!
The very first thing I would make in the Excalibur dehydrator would be pineapple soaked apple rings, my Mum made them for us as kids, over 20 years ago, and for purely nostalgic reasons I would do a batch for her.
I would just love to dry my own fruits 🙂
If I won one of the amazing dehydrators I would make healthy fruit straps, and also flax and other seed crackers! thanks for the chance to win.. and sorry about those other two blank entries… not sure how that happened 🙂
Activated nuts, kale chips, beef jerky, fruit leather! Yay!
I would most certainly start with coconut oil dipped Kale chips, then banana chips followed by fresh sultanas (grape cut in half) and my hubby most definitely would be demanding some amazing beef jerky!!!!
Ohhhhhh this is so very exciting!
I would love one of the dehydrators.
I would do activated nuts first, then whatever seasonal fruit I get in my organic co op box would get sliced and dryed!!!!!
The kids would be super happy!!!!
Fingers crossed
Oh! Oh! I would activate my nuts, make jerky, crackers, and dried fruit and veg! 🙂
I would make every recipe I’ve been drooling over for the last 12 months…everything from healthy raw choc bars, to beef jerky, to fruit wraps, to activated nuts! My family thinks I eat ‘weird’, so would be nice to be able to make everything they are familiar with (that’s full of crap), the totally healthy way!
I would love a dehydrator! I’d be activating buckwheat, making coconut yoghurt, making apple chips and loads of sugar-free fruit leather for my wee guy 🙂
Activated nuts, raw seed and herb crackers and juices of every type my imagination could conceive
This would be a homebodies dream, a homebody like me that is!!! I imagine saving heaps of money with the dehydrater and I’ve never used a juicer before, but it sounds great, very healthy

I would love to make snacks for my children’s lunchbox, and for my husband on the road….Oh, and for me!
I would activate nuts for myself, dehydrate veges chips and fruit
Well at this stage I am not sure what I would make but because I am isolated from the shops I find I am buying herbs, fruit and vegies and they are going to waste and this really irritates me so I would dehydrate these and build up my stock of these. Lots of other things to do I see by all the comments.
With the Dehydrator I would slice up Bowen mangoes and turn them into beautiful chewy snacking treats! Sweet, textural, healthy and kids love them.
It’s KUMARA CHIPS for me! So delicious and healthy, so expensive to buy.
Activating nuts and dried fruit!
if i was lucky enough to win an Excalibur dehydrator i could make hubbies favourite beef jerky and healthy snacks for us all
I’ve never owned a dehydrator before so the sky would be the limit and Google my best friend. I suppose the first thing I would try is almond flour as I go through buckets of it but having read some of the comments on this blog the possibilities seem endless – semi-dried toms, crackers, fruit leathers. All everyday things, it would be put to good use for sure!
As to the juicer, I HATE the fact that store bought juices have so much sugar in them and it’s really hard to sneak vege juices into the kids so this would be a blessing to be able to make my own and know that the kids are getting the good stuff in them 🙂
The first things I would make would be raw crackers and fruit leather 🙂
I would be so excited to win the excalibur 9 draw dehydrator. So many possibilities. Prepare nutritious foods for my grandchildren and children and start them on the path to dehydrating. Changing diets to the appreciation of raw foods and the possibilities. Fruit leathers and straps, jerky, yogurt straps, vege & fruit chips especially banana and sweet potatoe. To bring fresh raw home grown foods from the garden that will last and maintain their nutrition during the year. I would also love to learn other possibilities in using the dehydrator and use it to its fullest potential. How exciting that would be! I am pumped 🙂
I would make the most amazing fresh fruit juice combinations with the Omega Juicer!
I would love to dehydrate mango from our trees and also for dehydrating granola : )
Fruit straps 🙂
Dried apricots & fruit leathers for my kids lunch
There are so many things that I would love to make, but activating nuts would probably be the first thing! Would make it so much easier with two little girls running around the house all day 🙂

Vege chips, yoghurt and dried tomatoes to start with!!
I would make snacks for my family. My daughter has allergies, so it’s hard to find healthy snacks that are good and with variety.
um where to start…… everything – i really want to make some dehydrated wraps for the kids for lunches and i would love to make some little bites/bars for morning teas 🙂
I have a fantastic juicer…but would love a dehydrator. My son is not a great fruit eater these days…would like to get him into fruit again with some great fruit-inspired snacks & meals from the dehydrator. Bub #2 is almost here so will be good for when he/she is up to that stage of eating solids..& good for snacks for me when breast feeding.
I’d love to give activating nuts a go, plus making fruit leather and beef jerky would be yum too!
I would make flaxseed crackers
Seasonal ruit and vege, herbs, kjerky, fruit leathers, meat and vege stocks, yogurt, raw crackers and wraps… The list is endless!
What would I make aaah everything…I am sensitive to all breads so my own dehydrated bread from activated seeds. I confess I may make organic grass fed jerky…why does all jerky have preservatives? Tomatoes, crackers, vege crisps…oh my salivating 🙂
The first thing I would make is coconut flour out of the leftover pulp after making coconut milk.
WOW! This is a fabulous prize pack! With an Excalibur…..Dehydrated strawberries (fresh from my local strawberry farm, they taste like sweet candy), pineapple(Yum!), crispy dried apples (great instead of potato crisps and perfect for kids lunch boxes), raw ginger snaps, raw beetroot crackers (better than Ryvitas), fresh and 100% real fruit roll ups (for lunch boxes), activated nuts, orange slices (great to use in tea or for dipping in chocolate ) …I could go on and on…..and on….
Oh wow!!!!! This prize would help me soooo much to activate my seeds, nuts and grains for my family and I am very excited to find out all the amazing things I could do in the Excalibur to further eliminate crap from our diets! Thank you for this amazing prize!!!!
Both the dehydrator and the juicer have been on my wish list forever! I would love to make lots of lovely healthy snacks for my babies (and me!) especially dried apples and apricots. My kids love them but I struggle to find any that are sulphite-free and the few that I’ve found are just so expensive I can’t justify it. Would love love love to be able to make some myself. 🙂 I’d also absolutely love to be able to make fresh healthy juice for my family. What a great competition!
Oh the possibilities!! I would make kale, sweet potato and zucchini chips (just to name a few) and all sorts of dried fruit, raw crackers and pizza base. I would also like to try raw flat bread for wraps. Yummy!! A juicer would be awesome too. I have my cheap juicer and dehydrator away to family when I recently moved interstate. So my 4 kids and I would love to be lucky enough to win one of these amazing products.
I would leve a dehydrator to make coconut yoghurt, wraps, bread and healthy snacks for the kids like sweet pototoe chips, fruit straps. Plus everythesle lse healthy.
Oh how exciting it would be …. I would start by drying all the fruit i could get my hands on , then vegi chips , then flat “bread” with spinach, then activate nuts , then check out what this “yogurt straps” is all about, then … oh I’m hungry now , I’d better go and eat. But it won’t be any where near as good as it would be if I had an Excalibur Dehydrator. A dream come true.
I would like to dry fruit and I have seen some recipes I would try, like raw pecan cookies. MmmmMmmmm
I would love to have the excalibur dehydrator! The 1st thing I would make would have to be fruit leathers, so delicious and good, and so pricey to buy!
Would love to make vegetable chips with the dehydrator specifically beetroot and sweet potato yum and healthy
I would make raw bread, loads of seed crackers and then move on to healthy tasty sweeter treats! 🙂
I would dry as much fruit that was in season as I could. I have mangoes on our block, and I love dried mango the best. I would use it also for drying out the almond and the coconut pulp from when I make milk then make flour once it is dried. I would like to try to make beef Jerky, fruit wraps as well as dried cranola bars! Oh so many things to make with this. Been dreaming of owning one for a long time!
I would dry fruit in season, try to make Beef Jerky, dry almond and coconut pulp from making milks, to make flour and have a go and dried Granola bars! SO many things to be made using these. Been dreaming of owning one for a long time!
I would try kale chips for the first time!!!!
Wow where to start.. Ive been wanting one since forever….i would make my own spices and dried blends of homemade goodness, activate my nuts alot easier, make tasty healthy snacks like crackers, dried fruit and most of all just experiment with the endless possibilities and have fun 🙂
I would love to do semi dried tomatoes, so I can use up the beautiful tomatoes my husband grows, well that’s the start anyway 😉

Lovely giveswsy! I would dry our excess fruit, make fruit leather and crackers.
What wouldn’t I make my dehydrator is cheap and small it would be heaven to have the real deal. Experimenting time how exciting .
What would I make? What wouldn’t I make!!! I’ve seen so many recipes that I’ve wanted to try but needed a dehydrator for – ravioli, crackers, pancakes, dried fruit, dried tomato, dried herbs….. the possibilities are endless. Being dairy AND egg intolerant, this baby would definitely get a workout! 🙂
Wow! The dehydrator looks fantastic! I have never owned one or really know much about them but with an almost 3 year old daughter with severe food sensitivities on a very limited diet of mostly fruit and veg this would really be an amazing thing to have. I could give her more variety rather than just the plain steamed or raw fruit and veg she already eats. Amazing, thank you!
With the dehydrator I would start with Green veggie powder, healthy jerky!, crisps of pumpkin/beetroot/parsnip/zucchini/apple/strawberries etc!, dry herbs and tomatoes and beans, make raw bread, crackers including juice pulp crackers, activated nuts, granola and yoghurt. After that I would be looking for more things to try.
With the juicer I would start with juices…specifically a 5/2 juice with kale, beetroot, celery, carrot, cucumber, orange and banana. Yum!
I would make lots of dry fruit to take for my class. They have only tried my kiwifruit so far. They love it!!!
SO. MANY. THINGS! Just like Excalibur the magical sword, I will take my magical kitchen knife in hand and make LEGENDARY food! And just like the wizard Merlin, I will make food magic happen in my castle! As for the first thing I’ll make, hubby would like me to activate some nuts, but I’m not sure he knows what this actually means!
Oh the dehydrator would be continuously full activating nuts, making seed crackers, 24 hour yoghurt, cookies and dehydrating everything I could from my garden.
Lots of ideas for using up any excess from our ‘food forest’, too many to list but particularly keen for a juicer!
