So, how’s your gut?
Is it happy or is it gurgling, aching, spasming and making you ill? Do you feel fuzzy, fatigued, uncomfortable and suffering from niggling ailments? This book is for you!
The amazing Lee Holmes has done it again. Based on her own experiences with a non-specific auto immune disease and fibromyalgia, Lee is now showing us how to heal our gut with her new book, called funnily enough… Heal Your Gut!
Lee’s story is so interesting. She has ditched the prescription drugs and now lives an energetic life. All through healing the gut. Facebook told me last month that Lee turned 47. No way! She looks late 20’s. That’s enough to make me eat whatever she tells me to eat!
I am also a big fan of her book for kids, Supercharged Food for Kids as I know many of you are.
[box] “2000 years ago, Hippocrates said : All disease begins in the gut.”[/box]
The book is so easy to read and understand. No heavy science stuff (whew!) There are four parts to the book.
In part one, Lee explains about how the gut works, what candida is and how to test for it. It’s also interesting to note that gut health effects our immune system and our brain.
Part two and three are dedicated to a four phase healing and treatment protocol for a four week period. I love that Lee’s recommendations are all natural and holistic. She has great tips for supplements and herbs to use, as well as detoxing strategies like dry skin-brushing.
Part four is all about the food. There are 59 gut healing recipes from juices to bone broths, soups and dessert. Wait a minute – dessert???? Lee has icecream, custard, gelatos and puddings on this protocol. Sign me up!
Lee’s books are written in a personal style, with lots of anecdotes and stories. I love her philosophies about self love and being gentle with yourself and your body. Healing in a positive and supportive way sounds so much nicer than fighting with our bodies!
Check out Lee’s healing manifesto. A great one to print out from the book and put up on the fridge.
I am so keen to get stuck into this four week gut healing protocol. I am psyched and so ready for it after battling with candida on and off for many years. Once my holistic doctor has sorted out my adrenals, he says I am good to go.
Anybody want to take up the challenge with me?

OMG — I NEEEEEEED THIS!!! 5 years of issues — every test under the sun coming back clear :/ yet i cant absorb anything to gain weight — That first paragraph aboe under the heading “so hows your gut’ yeap thats me ,,, my hormones are out — plus pms , and period issues. Would LOOOOVe this book 🙂
Hi Alexandra, have you had the MTHFR blood test and pyyroles urine test? If not, I would recommend it. This will confirm if you have a gene mutation which affects the digestive system making it difficult for your body to absorb foods affecting everything else in your body. I have this gene mutation and now that I know, I can adjust my diet accordingly. Lee’s books have been a god send for me as the receipes include all the foods I should eat and provides me guidance re alternative foods. As we are trying to get pregnant it is very important I follow this. Hope you get sorted. Oh and if your doctor doesn’t know re the MTHFR test ask a naturopath (my doctor hadn’t heard of it).
So glad you are liking the books 🙂 Lee x
I would like to win this book because I am currently upset and frusteated by my sons food issues. I already try so hard to do the right thing but things are still going wrong. Help!
I am in the process of drastically changing my diet and mind set after feeling like crap for ages. This book is exactly what I need at the moment x
Would love to win a copy as after I read it, would give to my daughter as she has stomach as well as reflux problems and would love to get her off the medications and naturally heal her gut. Before she had two children she was always tired and has sleeping problems, and it only gets worse now with sleep deprivation with two under 4 years. If I don’t win the book, I will certainly be looking at finding one to buy for ourselves. Thanks for sharing your story Lee.
Winsome, Brisbane Aust.
My pleasure x
I’ve been suffering from severe IBS for 8 years now and an episode leaves me recovering for up to 48 hours. It stops me from living a quality life because I can’t go anywhere that doesn’t have a nice clean toilet near by incase.
I have tried so many things, spent so much money but didn’t realise you could heal your gut with food?
I would love to win a copy of this book 🙂
My recent mission is to heal my husbands gut – the noises and smells that leave his body and stink up our house are getting beyond ridiculous!! Any ideas including this book would be more than welcome and a positive step for our marriage!!
Lee Holmes’ books are amazing. I need this book as my Miss 2 has gut issues & it’s so sad to see her so uncomfortable. Thanks 🙂
Thanks Fiona 🙂 xo Lee
My 5 year old daughter has recently been taken off wheat and dairy with the suggestion that she has leaky gut syndrome, which often causes her skin on her face to be reactive and become badly blistered. She’s currently on some supplements but I would LOVE to know other ways to help heal her gut that is more sustainable than just constantly giving her supplements that cost a lot and don’t taste particularly nice! This book would be a fantastic resource to help!
I’ve struggled with severe depression, fluctuating moods and candida. I’m on the road to recovery but I’d love to win this book for my beautiful sister.
My sister has an auto immune disease and my daughter suffers from allergies. I’m always looking for ways I can help with this and would love to incorporate this philosphy into our lives and be able to share this new found knowledge with the new direction in the food I can make for my family and others.
The book looks both informative and gorgeous!
Thanks Cherie x Lee
I STILL get constant tummy-aches so am sure I could benefit for some more in-depth info in regards to gut health…. such an on-going battle! Plus my husband has chronic heartburn so I could help him too!
I would love to win a copy of Heal Your Gut, all of my family have different niggling tummy issues and I think this book would be a great help. I have been making bone broth for the past couple of months and now I am keen to learn more.
Absolutely would love to win a copy of Heal Your Gut ~ totally addicted to my kombucha and milk kefir xxx always looking at ways to spread the love!!
I’ve been wanting to change my diet to see if it could help a variety of skin and pain issues that doctors tell me are incurable, but I don’t know where to start – this book would be a great resource.
I would love to win this book as my 3yo daughter and I always seem to have gut issues and I am keen to improve this in the most natural way possible.
With a toddler and a week old newborn I am busy and would love some inspiration for recipes to look after me and my family 🙂 Thank you
Reading everyone’s comments helps to make me realise I am not alone. Constantly left with pain and bloating and unsure of which way to fix this problem permanently
I would love to win this because I suffer from IBS. I would love to find out about what is good to put in my stomach and my kids.
My son has just suffered 10 days of severe gastro….I would love to know how to help heal his gut and build up good gut flora. 🙂
I would love this book! I am only 21 and have already had over 6 years of gut issues.
Oh wow. The second sentence under the title of this story sounds just like me. I have been slowly changing what we eat etc in our house as our eldest child has cancer and our son has allergies (our youngest may have too) and it would be great to get all our guts balanced in a way that is easy to understand! x
I have suffered from digestive troubles all my life. I have cut out all processed foods, wheat, refined sugar etc but still have an abdomen that is too sore to touch most of the time. My four year old is even worse! I don’t know what else I can do to make changes! I would be thrilled to have a new perspective and practical advice so my son and I can live life more abundantly.
I have unspecified auto-immune issues and would love to win this as this book sounds like it would help put me on a better path.
Perfect timing. A few months ago, and via several different tests, I was diagnosed with leaky gut, multiple mineral deficiencies, candida, heavy metal poisoning, hypoglycemia, severe constipation, toxic blood….and the list goes on. I’m working with my naturopath, and it’s a slower process than we anticipated. I’ve done lots of asking ‘Dr Google’, and there’s a heap of information out there – but not all in one place.
My family and I (yes, we’re all gut healing together) would love this one resource, so I don’t have to remember which page I saw that snippet of information on!.
The book looks just beautiful. <3
I have been suffering really bad with ibs for the last few years and have had tests and tried many different things to try and help but nothing has worked. My son also suffers from gut problems so I Would love to win this to help boost my families health. This book sounds perfect!
You wrote this post specifically for me, right? My goodness, it was so close to home in every way. Got to do this!
I have only recently embarked on the journey of changing mine and my children’s lifestyle to a more holistic vision after suffering various illnesses. This book looks like it would a valuable wealth of knowledge to assist me on this journey. Thank you
This book sounds amazing and I think my whole family would benefit from it! Over the past year I’ve lost 11 kilos by living a more active lifestyle, but my gut still isn’t happy. I feel bloated most of the time, my belly is always making all kinds of noises and I often suffer from belly aches and nausea. I’ve recently noticed my childrens’ bellies gurgling too. I would love to read this book and heal all of our guts! Thanks for the chance =)
Oh wow, what a treat! I really hope to win this book and I would give it to my friend who has just been diagnosed with depression and Pyrolles Disorder (see the connection) her children are also sick and after hearing all her troubles I think it would really help her to get back on track. x
I would love to win, we have just started on the gut healing journey as a family, 2 out of 4 of our children have allergies & we want to try & prevent our youngest who is 7mths from those issues.
My 3 yr old always complain of stomach ache. I would like to win so i can heal his gut
Thanks
I have been having issues with lack of concentration, fuzzy head and a general “dreamy” feeling and I’m totally not with it for years now. I’ve been to person after person to try and help with this frustrating issue but to date nothing has helped. I’ve been doing some gut healing for leaky gut but this hasn’t helped as yet either. I’d love to read Lee’s advice on this to try and heal myself once and for all 🙂
I’m really keen to read this book because I find bone broths and other things I’ve read about so far as being recommended for gut healing don’t agree with me as I’m histamine intolerant. I need other approaches for gut healing. I’m pretty sure the migraines I get come down to gut health and I want them GONE!
I would love to win as we suspect out 4 yr old daughter has gut issues, which affect her skin, bloated tummy and behaviour. The ebook looks so helpful!
Tummy problems, fuzzy head, poor concentration and low energy are constantly with me, along with other members of my family. I would love to read Lee’s advice about how to sort this out and get my energy and enthusiasm for life back!!
Having been sick for longer than I can say, I have begun researching the impact that gut health has – talk about turning up a competition at exactly the right moment! Kismet! I am also interested in having a look at this as a dear friend has just been diagnosed with an auto-immune condition and I’d love to think that there might be a light at the end of her tunnel. Thanks for letting us know about this great book – good luck with your adrenals!
I would love to win Lee’s beautiful looking book, mostly because I recently reached the end of the line with my rheumatologist, that is – there are no more tests she can do or medication she can put me on – to help me with my issues – which have been going on for more than 11 years. I hate taking painkillers and try to avoid them, but end up getting up at about 3.00am most nights to swallow some panadol! As (I think) my issue is connected to an auto-immune disease – I would love Lee’s take on healing my gut to resolve these issues.
I have had a ton of health issues over the last 10 yrs most recently gut problems. Im currently waiting to see a gastroenterologist so this book sounds quite helpful to someone with my issues.
I would LOVE to win for not only a total makeover for myself (positive ANA), my children and husband, also for my aging parents & in-laws who could do with ALOT less medication and ALOT more education!
I have given up gluten, coffee & tea, no alcohol or cigarettes, no chocolate, no dairy, no processed foods, no meat, no fish,no chicken, no honey, tried probiotics, done all the tests at doctors, read all the info, and still I suffer!
All is left to give up is grains, beans, and vegies, some fruit has already been given up because I a doing a fodmap friendly diet, which as helped heaps as I have put on 5 kg after being under weight, but the pain, the suffering, the nausea, the lack of energy is still appearing. Can this book help me? I hope so, love to win to find out.
I would love to win this book as I have had gut issues for the past 3 years. After seeing a practitioner who subscribed medication, the pain and discomfort in fact was worse so I stopped the meds and have tried healing my gut through natural methods but am still unsuccessful so far. I have read so much material and have tried a lot of things, use bone broths, remove certain foods etc. but am still not 100%. Hoping this book will help to heal me properly.
I really need this book as I have been suffering with candida for years and have gut problems, rashes and other problems. I would really like to heal my body. Also my daughter has thyroid problems and also candida so would love to help her as well. Thanks.
Ever since having my son nearly 3 years ago I’ve not felt quite right. I was in the torres strait working while pregnant (read no fresh food for 6 months of pregnancy), and although I think I eat well now I’m still exhausted by 10 every day. I’ve gone through the wealth of information on the net about gut healing but it’s so mixed and confusing. I would love this book to help gain a bit of perspective. I’m also finishing off my bowen therapy course and it would be great to be armed with the knowledge in this book to pass on/recommend to others
i would love to win as with a few family members having differing gut issues plus some issues which i think are related to the gut, this would help us figure out how we should be eating to heal our guts and hopefully ourselves.
I have just been diagnosed with an auto immune disease and was prescribed some heavy drugs. I so desperately want to manage it with diet and not drugs, this book would be fantastic!!
I would love to devour this book My lee Mr 7 & i have started drinking kombucha but i would love to learn more about healing our gut health 🙂
Ooh, I love everything to do with gut health and love recipes – definitely need this book!
Pick me pick me! I have been fermenting food and making what I think is healthy food but my family still gets ill and suffer from either constipation or diarrhoea. And I’m hearing more and more about the gut and how to treat it right, but a book would do wonders to educate. I’ve not heard of Lee Holmes before, would definitely love to have a read of her book. She does look great.
Thank you Geraldine x
I am so happy to read about this book. It seems like fate that you would write about this book now! I have been suffering with gut problems for the last year and it has been controlling my life. Medications, diets, nothing has helped. I have finally made the decision to take charge and get my life back! This book sounds like the perfect starting place for me. Thank you xx
This would not only help me (who is on such a restricted diet because everything supposedly healthy that I try and introduce, inflames me0, it would also help my mother who has battled Fibromyalgia for years.
After I read this (wink wink), I really want to give this to my Aunt who is suffering an autoimmune disease and leaky gut. I think this just might be what she needs to send her in the right direction to start healing and stop being sick.
Oh I would love to win this one. Perfect timing 🙂
I would love to win one of these books as I really need a big overhaul of my health. I’m so fatigued & my craving for sugar is getting well out of hand, concentrating is just non existent & I know this is really affecting my work and social life. To win this would just be the bees knees….
What interesting reading! I ‘d love to win as I think would assist me with my bloating and may be beneficial in combating and discovering why I have a big kidney stone. So want to be fit, healthy and hot when I turn 40 next year!
I NEED this book! I seem to have an intolerance to most foods! I need to heal my gut.
I gotta get me and mine on that bone broth train! 🙂
I’m an IBS sufferer since I was a teenager, and as I’ve gotten older my body is showing many different signs of ill health that I am sure all come down to ill gut health. I’d love to win this to hopefully put some spring back into my step and keep up with the kids because of it
I’ve struggled with gut issues for longer than I care to remember but over the past few years I’ve hit some real lows mentally. I believe I’m the anti-poster girl for healthy gut and brain. Now, as a single mother, working and trying to keep it all together, I’ve come to a point where I know this can’t go on. I need help and I believe Lee Holmes’ book is just what I need.
Oh how I could really use this book! I’d really love it so I can try and sort out my soon to be two year old son, who has had nothing but gut problems since birth. It breaks my heart to see him in pain and the doctors have been of little use or help to us. It couldn’t hurt me either!!
I would like to win a copy as I have been having tummy issues for a while now. Even giving up certain foods to try and combat them 🙂
I suffer from UC and I would love some more natural ways to treat it rather than with medication. This book would be a great start.
If better gut health = better mental health then our family would benefit from learning more about this. Sounds like an easy introduction. Thanks.
I have so many health issues including Ankylosing spondylitis, Endometriosis and CFS/ME. Would love to learn how to heal myself.
Would love to win – I’ve recently had the mirena removed and feeling terrible need my body back to a happy medium – and as they say everything starts with the gut!
This book sounds like exactly what I need, ever since I had glandular fever a few years ago I’ve had no energy or motivation and my diet has suffered. A 4 week guide to healing my gut would be so helpful and be something to keep me on track to a healthier lifestyle.
Oh I’d love this book, I know I have some undiagnosed gut issues and need more ideas past broths and ferments to get me on track!
Would love to win Lee’s book, for fresh perspective and motivation when it comes to healing the gut. We include a lot of gut healing food in our diets, but I think the structure of having a plan to follow would help us immensely. I love that it is a 4 week plan, which is so achievable and something I could definitely commit our family too.
As a breastfeeding mama to a mysteriously allergenic son, i’m at a loss as to what’s causing his reactions when it seems like every second food he tries causes them. I wonder if improving my gut health will strengthen his system and rid him of his hives and eczema. I’ll try anything!
What a perfect prize for myself and my lil’ man…both of us have been struggling with gut issues, resulting in a myriad of other health issues! I’ve been doing a lot of research recently into the issues and have come to many of the same conclusions Lee Holmes has….it’s just been a struggle to come up with meal alternatives when we’ve been so reliant on certain foods that tend to cause many gut issues!
Without sounding like “pick me, pick me!!” I would adore the book to help with my gut restoration which I desperately need to get my hormones HAPPY and raring to go so we can have a babe xox
I need a starting point and Lee’s book sounds like the perfect place. No heavy science is just the ticket!!
Already on the GAPS journey & would love new inspiration!
I would love to learn more about gut healing. My 2yr old has food intolerances and we avoid dairy and wheat, she loves chicken bone broth (calls it chicken juice).
I would love to win this book. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, but my husband is now on an autoimmune healing diet and I need some inspiration to cook for him and our family. Plus I love love love that Lee is petitioning the hospitals to change the food in hospitals. I work in a hospital and it always amazes me that they expect people to feel better when they are served such bad food in hospital.
That is great about the hospital food, it is really disgusting how unhealthy the food is. When I had my son my friend brought in a huge salad to eat over a couple of days and I was so hungry I ate it all in one go! So if you are visiting friends in hospital take them so real food. Let me know if there are any petitions to sign. Maggie Beer (a cook in Australia) has made it her mission to change the food in old peoples homes, where they also have terrible food.
I would love a copy of Lee’s book to guide me in my gut healing journey
I think Lee is amazing and we started by ridding refined sugar from our diet to improve our families health. I just need that next step now 🙂 Thanks Sonia.
Thanks Kate x
The book sounds intriguing. I am trying to heal my gut and a guide would be fab 🙂
Both myself and my 4 year old daughter have gut problems. I am currently cleaning up or diet and this book would be a great help.
Lee, your healing manifesto says it all. These are the affirmations and actions my life is moving in. I can’t wait to read more in your amazing ‘inner’ health book!! You are a woman after my own heart, and ironically I saw another book by you just yesterday in a wonderful bookshop cafe in Perth. If I am meant to have this book, karma will deliver. To inner peace, Lizzy 🙂
Hi Lizzy, I grew up in Perth love the place x
I would love a copy of the book, not only to get myself and three young children on the right track to ‘good gut health’, but also for my mum who is suffering from constant puffy eyes and reddened itchy skin, which I’m sure must be diet and gut related?! Thankyou for the opportunity
I would love to be able to give this to my daughter, who experiences painful gut episodes. Sorry Merri, I would have to read it first! Sounds like a fab book.
I would really appreciate this book!! I have had issues with my “gut” for quite a while and for a time I thought I had repaired it without really trying but my problems have come back with a vengeance 🙁 bringing with it not only stomach upsets but skin issues, depression, hormone problems, fatigue, weight issues and so on. I have tried cutting out some foods, probiotics, vitamin supplements without much luck as I probably haven’t been doing it right. But with this book I will at least have a guide to follow and hope to get some relief and live a healthy happy life.
Over the last few years my tummy has become much more sensitive then it once was. I want to improve it’s strength and well being and your book would be a major help in this!!!!
I have Fructose Malabsorbtion but the diet isn’t helping a lot (some, just not a lot) I suspect other gut issues going on that I need help with, this book would be a huge step in helping me heal.
As I’m reading many of the above comments, I’m thinking yes, yes that’s exactly me.. so I’m not sure that I am any more worthy of the book than anyone else on here. BUT like everyone else I would to rid my body of this disgusting feeling and go back to my doctor once again and say you know what, I ditched all the pills and potions and look at me now, all healed and healthy!!! xx
This book would be the answer ! Having arthritis, asthma, eczema and currently pregnant I know this would help me heal. Not to mention my children who I am concerned will inherit these conditions.
Would love this book! Constant issues for 2 years, loads of tests special diet, natural therapies $$$ and still strugglr daily.
I would so very much love to win a copy of heal your gut. Im always looking for ways to improve my family and my health and healing our gut is one that defantly needs to be worked on and this book sounds like a great start.
Ooh, I would love to win this book. My daughters, husband and I all have gut issues, though not all the same!! Mum does too and I know that this will help. I do my best based on what I’ve learnt but a guide makes it so much easier to be consistent. And all the info is in one place. Thanks!!
I would love to win. I have been battling with a range of stomach issues (bloating, cramping, pain, vomiting, and various poo issues) for the last 2 years. My gut is in need of some serious healing.
Have the intentions to heal my gut, I just need a bible to guide me! This book would be it.
I would love to win this to help aide my little guys gut healing! It’s been a long journey trying to figure it all out, but finally we might know where to start!
I have ulcerative colitis and I am really wanting to find alternative methods to heal my gut as opposed to steroidal treatment.
I would love to win a copy of this book. I’ve suffered with stomach issues over the years due to not having a gall bladder , adhesion’s and a sluggish evacuation system 😉
I would love to win this for my friend with fibro, celiacs And ins symptoms
I’m desperately looking for natural answers to my partner’s gut problem! On a realistic note … how much is the book and where can I buy it?
Hi Julia
There are links in the blog post if you would like to purchase it 🙂
Thanks for the opportunity. Lee’s books are fantastic! Would love the opportunity to read this one and improve my families gut. Happy tummies = happy families.
Coeliac Disease, allergies, intolerances and sinus infections have me looking at areas where I can improve health overall and I think healing one’s gut is the answer. My husband needs it even more to support him in a third return of cancer. While we eat healthily now, im sure there is more we can be doing that we may currently be overlooking.
I would love to win a copy to help on my post-ulcer, ongoing fibromyalgia journey. My gut is where it’s at…
I would love to win the book to help our family develop healthy gut as I know the rest of their health depends on the gut health. I have Hashimoto disease and have suffered from insomnia for 7 years so I’m always looking for ways to improve my diet to help with those issues. My husband and my kids are luckily free from diseases and I want to make sure it stays that way.
This would be fantastic to win! My sister suffers from sle lupus, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and is a mum toa four year old with cerebral palsy and a 6 month old, both boys. I often try to find ways to help her and I think this book would be life changing for her and give her some of her life back!
Ohh this sounds like my type of read! Its soooo hard to find straight forward information regarding our health and wellbeing! As a mum of 3 boys (and hopefully more one day) time for me is so rare..struggling with an autoimmune disease makes everything so much more tiring and harder! It shouldnt be so hard to feel good! Maybe lee has some answers/guidance for me??
I would love this book as my husband, 4 & 2 year olds &myself all have gut issues. After eliminating foods I would love to heal our guts.
This book is just what I’ve been looking for. After years of my daughter having a mystery illness we have traced it back to her gut. Whilst there is a lot of information on the subject it would be so great to have a one stop resource guide. The whole situation has been frustrating and confusing. We are on the mend now but still a long way to go.
I’d love to look that good at 47!
ha ha thanks! x
I would love love love this book. It’s something I really need to do but don’t know where to start. So I continue to avoid the gut problems. The guidance & knowledge in this book would be priceless 🙂
I would love to win this book so that I can get my candida issue sorted before I try to fall pregnant again.
I would love a cop of your book for our family. My 11 year old son has had many year’s of ongoing stomach issues. He is currently doing a project for the science fair and he has decided on his own accord to do it on how food effects your mood. He has a lot of insight for a boy his age and i think he would thoroughly enjoy reading your book 🙂
I love to cook for the guy. Knowledge is strength!
I have struggled for a few years now to drop unwanted weight which has become increasingly harder since battling cancer 2yrs ago. Maybe a happy gut will help let go of all this unwanted baggage as all the dieting and activity I have already tried (minimalised now due to surgery and lymphoedema) doesn’t seem to be effective
**Please pick me ** With a family of “pick your issue” including allergies, I have just ventured looking into this, my 1st steps have seemed a little overwhelming with information pros and cons of food to avoid.I welcome something with a friendly presentation and easy to understand advice.
I really want to win. I’ve had gas pains, joint pains, and just all kinds of problems. I’d like to heal my gut while I’m still young and before I have children.
I have struggled for many years with on and off digestive issues. Last year after a really stressful period of my life had ended, just when I thought I should be going back to norma,l I felt like I was going mad. It got really scary. With the help of a counsellor, naturopath and my GP we discovered I have one of the MTHFR genes as well as high levels of pyrroles. Along with a bone growth impinging on a nerve in my lower back, I was a mess. It’s been small steps back to the road of health, but feel there is still a lot to do so doing some gut healing is high on my list. These days my health is a top priority because I can’t look after my two young kids if I’m not well.
My son has been diagnosed with leaky gut by a naturopath. Usually a bright kid but lately his behaviour is causing a lot of discomfort in the household especially towards his younger sister. If I can heal my son than in turn the whole family will be healed as well & much happier 🙂
I am just starting this journey with my young family in tow. My husband needs to find an answer to his skin issues that more than 2 GP’s have told him, “It’s just cosmetic”. I believe that the gut can help us and Lee’s book would be the perfect first step. Thank you for the opportunity.!
I have 6 kids all of which have gut issues. I have been struggling with womens health issues for 8 years and I ak sure it stems from gut issues. I need help to get us on track urgently.
My brothers and I all have digestive issues – one being diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer, another with a long history of extreme IBS and myself with inflammation and gluten intolerance. I am only just beginning to learn more about this journey and taking more responsibility for my health. We very recently found out our great grandfather also died of bowel cancer, so it would seem we need to take some very extra special care. Your book looks like a great place to start!
Just what I need at the moment after bout after bout of diverticulitis, months and months of antibiotics that have left me with severe IBS. This would be just the ticket!
Firstly….I love Lee and everything she does, so if I’m not lucky enough to win, I’m going to buy a copy. However, I would really love to win, as I have struggled with gut issues my whole life, not that I connected the dots, until much more recently. Being a kid in the 80’s and having lactose intolerance (but who knew what that was back then?!) and being quite sick, a chronic asthmatic and on multiple antibiotics, is it any wonder that my gut needs healing? I’m a person who needs structure, but not too strict, and I know this book is exactly what I need to heal my issues once and for all x
I hope you like the book x lee
at 46 the years of yo-yoing between western and eastern medicine, diets and life plans have taken a toll and I am now in the worst shape of my life. I have a constant “black dog”(depression)companion whom I would dearly like to be rid of. If I could only “heal my gut” I believe that the rest of my “journey back to me” would be an adventure of rediscovery and growth.
I have a 20 month old who has inherited gut issues, some recent diagnoses of Pyroluria and a very run down and stressed hubby. Needless to say gut health is not great in our family at the moment. It can be really overwhelming trying to find your way through info and is quite often done late at night after child is asleep, housework is done (who am I kidding?!) and in those rare quiet moments before bed – to have a book that is clear, easy to read and has a protocol that works, set out, ready to go? Pure heaven.
I would love to have the heal you gut book,
as I have a 11yr old with Hashimotos & my 9yr old also has had an autoimmune disease, we all have parisites as well prob from low stomach acid, as well as many food allergies in the family.
we’ were diagnosed with blasto and dientamoeba and taken courses of strong antibiotics to get rid of these bugs. This book will definitely help with healing our gut and preventing a relapse.
This giveaway has now closed. The lucky winners were Shannan, Fiona, Jolie, Linda and Anthea!
This book would be amazing! I have been diagnosed with Leaky Gut Syndrome and am looking for more natural ways to get better! So over feeling sick all the time so this will be a fantastic read 🙂
