Love List ~ October 2017

October 8, 2017 · 2 Comments

I haven’t done a LOVE LIST in forever.

Actually it’s been nearly a year to the day since I did the last one!

I had a bit of a break from posting this year while I was getting my health sorted out. Now that I am feeling a bit better, I am trying to keep up with posting once a week. Remember the days when I used to smash out three a week!?

Anyhooooo…. I have had so many things in that time that I have been wanting to share with you, so it’s a bumper edition this time around. I hope you enjoy it!

♥ Antipodes Juliet Cleanser

Antipodes is a gorgeous NZ natural skincare brand. This is the first time I have tried anything in the range and I love the cleanser so much. It’s a breeze to use and it leaves my skin feeling soft, clean and fresh. It combines exfoliating action into the gel cleanser so you are doing two steps in one!

My daughter who has blemish prone skin keeps stealing it too. I love that it’s in a big 200g size so it lasts longer and it’s affordable too.

Check it out here.

♥ Kinderfeets Kinderboard

How awesome is this!!! I need an adult one.

These stunning Scandinavian Kinderfeets balance boards are made from eco-friendly beech wood. They were created to help children develop a sense of balance, stimulate their vestibular system and gain a deeper awareness of their body and body parts. It can help improve mental focus and functional strength.

You can rock it. Balance on it. Push it. Spin it. Flip it and slide. Nap, relax and read on it. Use it as a play house for toys or as a bench seat. Let the kid’s imagination run wild with it!

Brilliant for kids with sensory processing disorders, on the spectrum or with special needs. These have been selling out around Australia so be quick if you are interested!

Find out more here.

♥ Mellow Deodorant Paste

The awesome peeps at Happy Skincare have released another in their Woohoo range of natural deodorant pastes. This one is a bicarb-free, essential-oil free version. It’s perfect for all you sensitive souls who react!

In their typically generous fashion, Aaron and Phoebe are giving away their new product whenever you order something over $50!

Check it out here.

♥ Lemon Canary Tea

With Pukka being taken over by Unilever (check out our convo on Facebook about it), many people are now looking for alternatives. Personally, I love buying things from small businesses that handmake their products – there is just that extra love and passion that goes into it.

I recently bought the sample pack of all the teas from Lemon Canary to see what they were like and I am not disappointed!!! Jasmin has hand-crafted an organic, loose leaf range of blends including Love, Mystic, Happy, Meditate (awesome chai), Grateful, Summer, Winter, Dinner Party and Australiana. The packaging is so gorgeous and they would make perfect gifts.

Check them out here.

♥ Tuff Stuff Stain Removing Soap

I bought some of this stain removing soap about 18 months ago at an expo and was wondering how I was going to get another one. Luckily Julie at Flora and Fauna is now selling them!

They are amazing! You just wet it and rub it on the stain – the mesh bag helps to get right into the stain as a scrubber and the stains just wash out. It even worked on a pair of my daughter’s work jeans that had some really black and greasy patches. Julie mentions that a lot of people are using it for nappies and reusable cloth pads. The Tuff Stuff is a great price and lasts ages.

Check it out here.

♥ Eco by Sonya Rosehip Sunscreen

Do you hate the ghost look when using sunscreen?? My hubby often walks around looking like something out of the Walking Dead much to the embarrassment of the teens. 😀

Sonya Driver from Eco by Sonya has a new sunscreen out that solves that problem. This non-zinc, non-greasy formula rubs in clear but sill has broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection, a SPF30 and a water resistant rating of 3 hours.

Find it here.

♥ Lilypad Reusable Covers

The lovely girls at Biome sent me out one of these to try and I love it!! It’s a BPA free, food-grade silicone cover (inspired by lily pads!). You can convert any bowl you own to an air-tight sealed container for the fridge. It fits onto any smooth rim bowl or pot including glass, ceramic, wood, stainless and more.

You can even put it in the oven or microwave if you want to and you could even use it as a splatter guard. Whack it in the top shelf of the dishwasher when you are done. So brilliant.

Check it out here.

♥ Free Gut Health Video Series

Cyndi O’Meara from Changing Habits has teamed up with Kirsty Wirth from Kultured Wellness to bring us a free four part information series on gut health. I am in the midst of my own gut healing adventure and I am starting to discover that bad gut health is the the cause of so many health issues. It’s not just poor digestion, it’s fatigue, brain fog, mental health and more.  It all comes back to the gut!

I have registered and got my spot and can’t wait to learn more from these amazing ladies. When you sign up, they also give you a free ebook with healing gut recipes. Winning.

Check it out here.

♥ Aroma Leather Bracelet

This is on my Christmas wish list!! They are a leather and stainless steel aroma diffusing bracelet. A stylish  and safe way to wear aromatherapy oils without touching your skin. There is a felt pad in the stainless steel locket bit that you put a few drops of oil on.

Find out more here.

♥ Low Carb Healthy Fat Cookbook

I’m not a Pete Evans fan in particular, but I do like his recipes! Having to do months of gut repair and a strict diet, I was getting really bored with it but some new recipes have really helped keep me motivated. You definitely don’t have to be attempting to lose weight or be on a low carb diet to enjoy this book. The recipes are just simple, family friendly type food (that just happens to be low carb and high fat).

I have made a few things already and everyone has been impressed. I usually pop the photos on Instagram if you are interested – but be warned, I don’t do fancy styling or anything, I just take a quick photo before we eat!

Check the book out here.

That will probably be my last love list for the year now as I gear up for my Christmas Gift Guides – which really are a love list with more of a gift giving focus. Let me know if you have something that would be perfect for a Christmas gift!

Love List Aug 16

August 30, 2016 · 17 Comments

It’s the end of August and we say goodbye to chilly nights and look forward to some more warmth of Spring! How has this month been for you?

Here are some things I have been loving in August.

Love List

Mandala Stencils

♥ Mandala Stencils

So excited about these beauties! The gorgeous Felicity has teamed up with a friend to bring you the brand new Yogini Divine Living Co.

Inspired by their trips to India where each morning they would watch the women decorate their homes, floors and surroundings with beautiful hand painted chalk designs. They learned these designs signify a welcome to guests, the divine spirits and good fortune. Back home in Australia, they have created a new collection of Yogini Mandalas stencils for us.

You can use them for a permanent artwork on your walls, floor, furniture, windows and fabrics using paint (or use spray chalk for a temporary mandala). How amazing would they be for weddings or celebrations? They come in all different sizes to suit your space.

The stencils are totally reusable – just give them a wash and store them in the tube they come with. So fun and easy. I am in love! They would make a gorgeous, unique gift for a special friend.

I am loving the idea of painting them onto a pot planter. You could make loads of these for Christmas gifts or the local school fete.

Until the 20th of October, you can get an exclusive 20% off everything in the store. Just use the code: NAM20 here.

craft course

♥ Crafty Course

My amazingly talented friend and natural new age mum, Jasmine is running a crafty e-course! Starting on the 5th of September and running for five weeks, you will learn how to make vintage style home-made gifts perfect for Christmas. You will get access till the end of the year and an e-book, so you can go at your own pace.

Screw-Infertility-available-now-750px

♥ Screw Infertility

Another beautiful natural new age mum is Robyn Birkin from Modern Day Missus. She has written a book called Screw Infertility! Lessons from a Fertility Warrior. Surviving infertility, IVF and miscarriage. It’s all about her heartfelt journey through infertility and out the other side. Beautifully raw and real, Robyn shares her story and tips to help navigate infertility.

Get it here.

Feel Good Food Packs

♥ Wholefood for the homeless

This is one of my favourite charity projects. Amber Magna is a girl with a big heart who has created Feel Good Food Packs. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to eat food that helps them to thrive.

A typical pack contains items such as a trail mix, fruit and nut bar, jerky, healthy chocolate bar and energy ball and is given to a person experiencing homelessness or disadvantage in Melbourne and surrounds. You can help by donating, volunteering or spreading the word!

Check out the website here.

lilylolomakeup

♥ Lily Lolo

I have a 15 year old daughter and she loves makeup! Being a student with a casual job, the amount she can spend on makeup is limited (she needs fashion too!) It’s so tempting for her to buy the cheap toxic stuff but we try to compromise a little with her borrowing some of mine and me funding some as well.

Then along comes the natural range Lily Lolo for us to try out (with thanks to the gorgeous Kitsa at Emporio Organico) and we are in love. Fabulous quality products, all natural and affordable. There are some little gift packs as well so I know what my go-to for gifts is. The packaging is so trendy too. I think we are onto a winner here!

Check out Lily Lolo here.

Organic-coconut-cream-400ml-H2G_CNCRE2.400 -centre

♥ The Best Coconut Cream

I often get asked what is the best coconut cream or milk to buy. This is my hot tip – Honest to Goodness. It’s certified organic, has no weird stuff like thickeners added, has only one ingredient – coconut and the can comes with a BPA free lining.

It’s the cream of the coconut creams!

I only ever buy coconut cream by the way, not coconut milk. Coconut milk is simply coconut cream with added water, so save yourself some bucks and get the cream and add your own water. We use it a lot in cooking – it gives a lush flavour to curry, biriyani and laksa while adding in lots of good fats.

If you can’t find it at your health food store, have a look online.

That’s it from me this month. What have you discovered? What are you loving?

Love List July 16

Love List July 16

My monthly love list is back!

I know I haven’t been writing as much as usual. It’s all part of the healing process, slowing down and spending more time with my family. I have had loads of ideas though, so once I am feeling more on top of this adrenal fatigue that keeps hanging around, I will be writing a little more regularly. I hope you have all been keeping warm and well.
Here is what I have been loving this month.

whole food from the ground up

♥ Wholefood from the Ground Up

I was lucky enough to meet the whole food goddess herself, Jude Blereau recently. Her new book is an absolute cracker with lots of wisdom around eating whole food and of course some amazing recipes. The olive oil, lemon and rosemary cake is utterly divine.

Get it here.

broth2

♥ Bone Broth

The awesome people at Nutra Organics just keep bringing out really good things! Their latest is beef broth powders. Now you all know I love my broth but I tend to stick with chicken as beef is a bit smelly to cook. Well, you don’t have to worry with these dehydrated versions!

Just add to some hot water to make a cup of broth or use to sprinkle in your cooking. It will boost the nutrition and give you a fabulous flavour without all the nasties in stock cube powders. The broth is made from certified organic, grass fed bones and gently dried to preserve nutrients.

Get them here.

Earthing sheet

♥ Earthing Sheet

So a few months ago, my hubby read the Earthing book (pictured) and promptly went and ordered an earthing sheet kit from the lovely Laura at Earthing Oz. We have previously ordered some radiation protection devices from her and love them.

I wasn’t all that keen on spending money on something I wasn’t too sure about it but he was adamant it would improve my health! Well okay hubby you were right. I love my earthing sheet!

It feels exactly like a normal fitted sheet except this one has earthing properties. You plug it into the wall, switched off to connect to the earth. I haven’t told you much about it yet because I wanted to trial it for a while. I have been sleeping a lot more deeply and restfully and I really noticed when I went away for a week and didn’t take my sheet (lesson learned) that there was a noticeable difference.

One of my readers also got herself a set and she reported back good results also! I think earthing in any form is so beneficial. I am going to write more about this on the website soon, so keep an eye out.

If you want to check out the sheets, go here.

Aroma Bloom diffuser

♥ Aromatherapy Oil Diffuser

So spoilt! I won this amazing Lively Living diffuser on Facebook the other week and I am officially in love. I do have five diffusers of various types already (what can I say, I am an addict that likes oils in every room!) However, I must say this surpasses them all in terms of quality and appearance. My absolute favourite.

It’s an ultrasonic cold diffuser. The ultrasonic technology utilises high frequency vibrations to atomize the liquid, meaning there is no need for heat source. Each micro sized droplet is coated with a fine layer of the essential oil. This cool mist becomes a vapour which spreads evenly throughout the room, and is easily inhaled and absorbed.
Find out more here.

Pathfinder Wolves

♥ Pathfinder Wolves Pendants

So beautiful! These gorgeous pendants are the soulful creation of Melbourne-based sisters LJ & Anna from Love is Your Compass. They are a range of hand carved wolf talismans, each with a different name and purpose, infused with reiki and love.

“We wanted to create wearable sacred tools which would energetically support the wearer to explore their inner world.”

Love List – May15

May 27, 2015 · 60 Comments

Well, that was May! Here is my love list for the month – things I have been using, trying, loving and crushing on.

A Bit Hippy Giveaway

♥ A Bit Hippy

Why, yes I am! I have been trialling this lovely natural skincare range this month and I am now a firm fan. My favourite products include the shampoo and conditioner (they make my hair feel sooo lovely). The deodorant works really well and has a very mild scent so suitable for either gender. The anti-ageing cream is gorgeous and I would use it again – for $30 it’s great value. My daughter loved the BB cream – as well as giving a light coverage, it also helps with acne!

They have a lovely baby range which makes a very cute gift. Also in the range is sunscreen, tanning cream, all sorts of products for the face, body wash and a body bar too. What I love is that it’s a really family friendly, affordable, natural range, made in Australia. The packaging and fun concept is also really quirky and appeals to me too! You can find it at some health food stores or pharmacies. Go here to find stockists near you or just buy straight from them online. Update: Free Shipping for all of June 2015.

A bit hippy

GIVEAWAY: Yep the lovely hippies are giving away a hamper pack of their goodies to one of you to test it out as well. You will get a shampoo, conditioner, facewash and deodorant plus a heap of little samples added in as well. All you have to do is go and like the A Bit Hippy facebook page and leave us a message on this article letting us know how you are ‘a little bit hippy’! Read the terms at the bottom of this post too please!

The lucky winner was Rebecca F!!

Anita Rossiter

♥ Anita Rossiter.

Anita is the awesome nutritionist at Eat and Three Veg and she lives near me now, so we get together and talk food and health! When Anita put up this post about Post Natal Depression and Nutrition, I was blown away. This info needs to be shared with anyone with PND or anyone about to have a baby. It’s time we support mums and nourish them after birth.

The Happy Cookbook by Lola Berry

♥ The Happy Cookbook

Speaking of hippies, the biggest hippy nutritionist in Australia has to be Lola Berry. Her new cook book is amazing – all the recipes are gluten free and sugar free and based on real, whole food. She’s up on the latest nutrition so you won’t find any low fat in here! I love that it’s family friendly and simple too. A favourite for the collection.

Get it online ($15 off!) or wherever you normally buy good books!

♥ Nature Crown.

I am totally loving this project over at Mama Miss. It’s a gorgeous crown made from sticks! I think it’s so important to get kids not only being creative, but getting in touch with nature. Of course, non-plastic, eco-friendly, economical things to play with always get me excited too. This one is a winner.

Find all the details here.

Gratitude-Journal-flowers-400x400

♥ Happi Empire Gratitude Journal

I’ve actually had this for some time, but it’s been pulled out again and lovingly filled in. I like making my gratitude practice a lovely ritual – some quiet time, candles and oils and writing in a pretty book. There’s something more powerful about it this way. I adore Fran’s work – she is a graphic designer and sells some pretty and inspirational things on the side. I love the journal and it’s one of my favourite things to give my girlfriends for gifts.

Check out Fran and her Gratitude Journal here.

Succulents-title

♥ Succulents in Recycled Tin Cans

How amazing is this project from Caz at Home Heart Haven? Make a very stylish pot plant for very little cost and effort. I love succulents – not only do they look spectacular, but they are hard to kill!

Read how to do it here.

Red Boat Fish Sauce - OOAB

♥ Red Boat Fish Sauce

Yummo – we have been loving the Red Boat Fish Sauce in our asian cooking. How amazing is this! Fish sauce with no sugar, no nasties, no preservatives. It’s made with traditional fermentation methods, it uses only anchovies and salt and it’s full of protein and vitamins and minerals. A two ingredient product? Unheard of! It’s a favourite with those following the paleo way of living too – many asian sauces are loaded with msg, sugar and all sorts of additives.

Love List April15

April 30, 2015 · 30 Comments

Love List

I have missed the Love List the past few months, so the April one is going to be a bumper issue! There are so many things that I have been loving!

 Roobios Tea and Fresko

♥ Rooibos and Fressko Flask

I am seriously addicted to rooibos tea! I have had to cut out a significant amount of caffeine due to adrenal fatigue (any caffeine puts stress on your adrenals). Rooibos is similar in flavour to black tea, but with a slight honey taste. Yummo.

Mandy at Crio Bru Australia has a new ground Red Espresso Rooibos out and it’s delicious. Roobios has zero caffeine and it has five times more antioxidants than green tea (can’t stand that stuff!) Great to brew in the Fressko flask – it has its own filter so you can brew all sorts of hot drinks or make fruit infused water. It’s insulated, so stays hot or cold for hours. The kids keep wanting to steal it, but I am not sharing this one!

♥ That Sugar Film

This movie has been creating a huge buzz over the last few months. It was very powerful viewing and one that I think that everyone should see. Find out more details at their website or pick up a copy of the book here.

Happy Hooligans Upcycled Apron

♥ Upcycled Craft Aprons

So easy and so cute. Using the leg of an old pair of jeans, you can make your little pumpkins a super-cool apron for craft or cooking. Get the tutorial at Happy Hooligans.

Kosmea_Rescue_Balm_large

♥ Kosmea Rescue Balm

I am so in love with this product!! It’s one of those all purpose balms and for me, the perfect alternative to pawpaw ointment. It’s full of rosehip, helichrysum and calendula oil.

We have been using it for everything from pimples to chaffing, insect bites, cracked lips and more. It works so quickly, I was amazed. Great to have in the handbag for all sorts of emergencies. Get it online here.

COLLAGE11

♥ Making Mandala Art with Kids

Such a great idea and a fun activity to do outside with the kids.  Find out more at the Playful Learningwebsite.

4 My Earth new range

♥ 4 My Earth New Food Bag

If you are a long term NNAM reader, you will know how much I love 4 My Earth! Rebecca has a new, fresh range out with five new funky prints and a new food bag. It’s a little bit smaller than the bread bag so it’s perfect for cheese (just what I needed) veges, muffins etc.

It also doubles as a lunch bag if you need extra room.  The range is made of durable canvas and can be easily washed. The best thing about 4 My Earth is that it replaces plastic wrap and bags! Check them out online.

Well I think that’s about all for this month! What’s been on your love list in April?

August -where have you gone ???

Here is my monthly round up of cool products, people, blogs and books that I am loving!

Well, the lovely Kristen from Naturally Better Foods has sorted it all out for you.  They are now selling a Kombucha Starter Kit! You get a massive 4.25 litre glass jar, a scoby (that’s the mushroomy looking thing you need to make it) and three kombucha shots to get you inspired. Children Who Shine from Within - Hands Free

♥  This gorgeous post from Rachel Macy Stafford, author of Hands Free Mama, talks about children who shine from within – the fireflys.  For every child who has ever felt ‘different’ this is a beautiful, uplifting read.

download (22)

♥ Breastfeeding? Simone at Nourishing Hub has these new Tanker Topper lactation biccies from Franjos Kitchen. They are a yummy and nourishing way to keep your supply up. They are wheat, dairy and egg free and contain lots of superfoods and are developed by a naturopath (the Jo part of Franjo!). Get them in Choc Chip or Fig and Almond flavours. PS you don’t need to be a breastfeeding mum to eat them, anyone can benefit from them (Simone’s husband has been devouring them!)

Noosa Basics Lip Balms and Deodorants at The Organic Store

♥ I love discovering new brands created by small, local, passionate biz doing the natural thing! Amanda at The Organic Store has found Noosa Basics and now has them in store. Noosa Basics are a boutique natural apothecary based in (you guessed it)….. Noosa. Their range includes lip balm, deodorant in a stick and a tub and *ahem* a pleasure enhancer at very affordable prices.

The products are all natural and organic and totally free of all nasty chemicals and toxins. I also love that they source all their ingredients and packaging and labels from Australian suppliers. Get them online from The Organic Store (and check out all the other cool things Amanda sells! I do a regular order!)

Painting with Flowers - My Little Sunshine House

♥ Zanni Louise from My Little Sunshine House posted a fabulous blog about how to paint with flowers. What a totally natural paint to use! Absolutely beautiful.

♥ You might remember that I have mentioned I have suffered chronic fatigue for many years and this year I am also facing severe adrenal fatigue and very high estrogen levels. I am recovering slowly with lots of different things, but I really noticed a huge difference in the last few months after being on  Puraforce Remedies’ Wellness Protocol. Now I am not needing a day time nap and can even go for a daily walk again. I also made it through winter without any colds, flu or bugs. Thrilled!!!

Nicole at Puraforce Remedies told me to start taking her Digestion Aid, Hormone Balancer, Stress and Immune Boost drops – 1ml four times a day. I put half in water bottle in the morning and half in the afternoon and sip on it all day. The Hormone Balancer drops are an extra for me in addition to the Wellness Protocol to get my estrogen levels down. So easy, so affordable and with amazing results. I am telling everyone to try this! It can’t hurt!

You can find out more about the Wellness Protocol here and get a nice discount too (thanks Nic!). Or if you want to chat about your ailments call Nic on her toll free number Mon-Fri 9-5  1800 244 449. The entire range of drops is also at the Puraforce Remedies website – we use her drops for everything now!

Heal Your Gut book

♥ Lee Holmes from Supercharged Food released her Heal Your Gut ebook! It’s a cracker and I am loving the recipes so much. I am going to review it on the blog soon, but if you want a sneak peek, then check it out here.

The Love List {April 2014}

April 30, 2014 · 10 Comments

It’s already the end of another month. April was a month of chocolate, family fun, holidays and Anzac marches.

Here are some of my favourite things from this month and a round up of the best bargains out there!

lovage_logo_team (2)

♥ This month I discovered funky online store Lovage (totally love the name too!)

♥ The sneak peek for the new movie, Overfed and Undernourished came out and it resonated with me. Actually, it made me sad but hopeful all at the same time. Watch it here and tell me what you think. I am so looking forward to this movie being out and spreading the word on healthy living!

my darling lemon thyme

♥ My new favourite cookbook – My Darling Lemon Thyme by chef, mum and blogger, Emma Galloway. I made her Pecan Maple Tart for Easter and it was divine. Emma’s recipes are gluten free, vegetarian and real, whole foods all the way. There are so many recipes I want to make, I don’t know where to begin. Loving it, big time (and yes, I do sing ‘my darling clementine’ every time I get the book out!) You can get it online with free shipping.

Knitted-Dishcloth

♥ Melissa at Frugal and Thriving has my favourite blog post this month. It’s 10 ways to ditch disposables in the kitchen. I particularly love this idea of knitting kitchen cloths. They really do work well!

OF-GETTING-AHEAD

♥ Actually, I had two favourite blog posts this month. Kirri White Coaching has this awesome post about giving yourself permission to feel lost while you are finding yourself. Kirri has such a great understanding of women and  practical advice to help navigate life.

The Love List – March

The Love List – March

March has been such a crazy, busy but also enlightening month for me!

Here are some things that I loved this month.

BBcremePlusSwatch

♥ La Mav BB Creme. Oh so lovely! I was lucky enough to test out Australia’s first organic BB creme this month. I am a bit slow to discover BB creme I know, but I would not be without it now. It’s a great alternative to foundation – it’s very light, it has a natural sunscreen and it really does correct imperfections nicely. It gives a much better coverage than another natural BB creme I tried last month. It’s great for people who don’t like wearing make up as it just feels like moisturizer. BB convert here! Get it online here.

The Love List - March (Gingerbiotics)

♥ Gingerbiotics! The new raw healthy bar from Nutra Organics was released this month. Actually, this is one that my family loves – the whole box was gone in a couple of days!! I am not really a ginger fan, but if you love ginger, you are going to love this! There are the health benefits of ginger, turmeric and cinnamon combined with fibre rich coconut, fermented probiotics and organic cacao. As with all the bars, the Gingerbiotic bar is also gluten, soy, corn and egg free with no added nuts and shelf stable fermented probiotics. Good for settling upset travelling tummies too.

The Love List - March (fermenting foods)

♥ Alexx Stuart wrote a fabulous blog post about fermenting vegetables. This is your comprehensive guide to why and how and also my next project! She was also kind enough to chat about Bone Broth on my Facebook page this month.

The Love List March (Anatomy of the Spirit)

♥ This book by Caroline Myss – Anatomy of the Spirit had me captivated. My whole world has shifted! Caroline is a medical intuitive and through her work has set out a unique program designed to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. The notion that we are responsible for our own health and healing through discovering our spiritual and emotional stresses is not new, but the way Caroline presents it, is easy to apply. A life changing book for me!

“Biography becomes biology”

The Love List March (TOH Recharge Station) ♥ Kat at The Organised Housewife made a phone recharge station out of a bread box! Very cool and if you can find yourself an old breadbox, it’s a brilliant upcycle.

The Love List - March (Hank Organic Teas)

♥ Hank Organic Teas. This is the latest project from the lovely Sarah at Nutritional Bliss. She has sourced brilliant quality organic teas from all over the world to bring you four special blends – Energise, Cleanse, Refresh and Chill Out. Cutely packaged in eco-recyled bags, Sarah has free postage on all the teas. You can also join in the 30 day Tea Tox!

Bargains

The Love LIst - March (cast iron dutch oven)

♥ Classica Cast Iron Dutch Oven. I have been lusting after a cast iron casserole dish for so long. This one is only $85.00 down from $349.95. When I asked on Facebook, the feedback about this brand was good. I am going to do it. Just in time for winter and all those lovely slow braises.
